Terms and conditions

I (as the booking parent/carer) agree to pay the balance for the camps upon booking.

I understand that a full refund will be given if places are cancelled 14 days prior to booking, reducing to 50% upto 48 hours prior. If places are cancelled 48 hours or less, Kingswood Sports will retain 100 of the booking costs.

When Booking individual 1hr sessions I accept that I must remain on site at all times.

When Booking Camp Places, I understand that if I am 20 minutes late for collection, that an additional surcharge of £5 per additional 30 minutes may be applied.

I agree that poor behaviour or bullying towards children or coaches will not be tolerated and that any child would not be bale to attend future camps.

I will provide my child with adequate food and drink for the day. 

I agree that I will provide suitable clothing for my child to fully participate in each session.

I will inform Kingswood Sports of any medical conditions that they need to be aware of.

I will inform Kingswood Sports if I do not wish for my child to be photographed during each event.
